Because our products are custom-printed specifically for each order using our print-on-demand model, standard return policies that apply to mass-produced inventory items do not directly translate to our business. This customization means we cannot resell returned items to other customers, which necessarily limits certain return options. Manufacturing Defects

Manufacturing defects do not include normal variations that occur in the printing process, such as slight color differences between what appears on your computer monitor and the printed product. All monitors display colors differently, and some variation should be expected. Similarly, minor alignment variations within specified tolerances do not constitute defects.
Order Fulfillment Errors
If we made a mistake in fulfilling your order, you are eligible for a full refund or corrected replacement at no cost to you. Order fulfillment errors include:

Damage includes crushed packaging that affects the product, rips or tears in the fabric, stains from shipping materials, or any other condition that renders the product unsuitable for its intended use.
When you suspect damage occurred during transit, please document the condition of both the outer packaging and the product itself through photographs before opening sealed bags or removing tags. This documentation helps us file claims with our shipping partners and improve our packaging methods.
When You Are Not Eligible for a Refund or Return

Incorrect Size Selection

Unauthorized Returns
Do not return any product to our address without first contacting customer support and receiving authorization. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be processed, and we cannot guarantee that we will be able to identify your package or issue any credit. For change of mind or incorrect size selection, which are not eligible for refund, we will not issue a Return Authorization. Your request will be denied with an explanation of our policy provisions.
Step Three: Prepare and Ship Return if Required

The thirty-day window provides sufficient time to inspect products, try items on children, and identify any defects or errors. Extending this timeline would create uncertainty in our financial reporting and make it difficult to maintain our quality improvement processes.
International Return Considerations
Customers outside the United States should be aware that return shipping costs for their location may be substantial. For manufacturing defects, order errors, or transit damage, GoldenPaw Supply LLC will typically issue refunds or send replacements without requiring return of the original product specifically to avoid imposing high return shipping costs on our international customers.
If we determine that a return is necessary despite your international location, you will be responsible for shipping costs to our Austin, Texas facility. We recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking and insurance, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in international transit.
Chargeback Policy
We encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback through their credit card issuer or bank. Most issues can be resolved more quickly and satisfactorily through our customer support team than through the chargeback process. Because our products are custom-printed after you place your order, our production process begins quickly. However, we offer a limited window for order cancellation:
Cancellation Within One Hour – Orders canceled within one hour of placement are eligible for full refund regardless of reason. The one-hour window allows you to correct ordering mistakes, address buyer’s remorse, or simply change your mind.
Cancellation After One Hour but Before Production – If more than one hour has passed but your order has not yet entered production, we may be able to cancel your order at our discretion. Contact customer support immediately to check your order status. Partial refunds may apply if design work has already been completed.
Cancellation After Production Begins – Once your order enters production, cancellation is impossible. Your products will be completed and shipped according to our standard process. You remain responsible for the full purchase price.
Update to This Policy
