However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, photographs, colors, or other content on our website are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

Color and Appearance – The colors of products as displayed on your computer monitor or mobile device may differ from the actual colors of physical products. We cannot guarantee that your display accurately reflects product colors due to variations in display technology and calibration settings.

Sizing Information – Size charts provided on our website are general guidelines based on industry standard measurements. Individual children may vary significantly from these averages. We strongly recommend measuring your child and comparing measurements to our size charts rather than relying solely on age-based sizing recommendations.

Pricing Errors – In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error, technical error, or inaccurate information from our suppliers, GoldenPaw Supply LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product at the incorrect price. If your order is canceled after your payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Pricing Changes – Prices for all products are subject to change without notice. Changes do not affect orders that have already been accepted and confirmed by us. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay, regardless of subsequent price adjustments.

Order Acceptance and Processing

Your placement of an order through our website constitutes an offer to purchase products from GoldenPaw Supply LLC. We are not obligated to accept any order. Order acceptance occurs only when we send you an order confirmation email. Until you receive that confirmation email, we retain the right to cancel your order for any reason or no reason.

Order Review – After you place an order, you will receive an automated email acknowledging receipt of your order. This acknowledgement does not constitute order acceptance. We will follow with a second email confirming acceptance once we have verified payment and availability.

Order Cancellation – GoldenPaw Supply LLC reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason including but not limited to:

  • The product is no longer available

  • Your payment method is declined or cannot be verified

  • We identify a pricing or product description error

  • We suspect fraudulent or unauthorized activity

  • Shipping restrictions prevent delivery to your address

If we cancel your order after payment has been processed, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. We will attempt to notify you of the cancellation and reason within two business days.

Custom Design Content

Many of our products allow you to customize designs by uploading images, adding text, or selecting from our design templates. By submitting content to GoldenPaw Supply LLC, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display that content for the purpose of producing your ordered products.

Content Ownership – You retain all ownership rights to the content you submit. The license described above is limited to producing your specific order and does not grant us rights to use your content for any other purpose without your separate written permission.

Content Restrictions – You represent and warrant that any content you submit:

  • Is original to you or you have obtained all necessary permissions and licenses

  • Does not infringe any third party intellectual property rights, including copyright, trademark, patent, or trade secret rights

  • Does not violate any law or regulation

  • Is not defamatory, obscene, hateful, or harassing

  • Does not depict violence, illegal activities, or inappropriate content for children

Content Review – GoldenPaw Supply LLC reserves the right, but does not assume the obligation, to review any content submitted for customization. We may reject or remove any content that we believe violates these Terms and Conditions. If your submitted content is rejected, we will notify you and cancel your order with full refund.

Indemnification – You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GoldenPaw Supply LLC and our officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from or related to content you submit.

Payment Terms

All payments for products purchased from GoldenPaw Supply LLC must be made through our approved payment methods as described in our Payment Methods policy. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method you have selected.

Authorization – When you provide payment information, you authorize us to charge the full amount of your order, including applicable taxes and shipping fees, to that payment method. You further authorize us to charge that same payment method for any additional amounts that become due, such as adjustments for incorrect initial calculations or fees from your financial institution.

Failed Payments – If your payment method is declined or if funds are not available at the time of processing, your order will not proceed. We will attempt to notify you of the payment failure, but you are responsible for ensuring that your payment information remains current and accurate.

Currency – All prices on our website are listed in United States Dollars USD. International customers will see charges converted to their local currency by their card issuer or payment processor using the exchange rate applicable on the date of the transaction. The arbitration shall take place in Austin, Texas, and shall be conducted in English.

  3. Arbitration Award – The arbitrator’s award shall be final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

Class Action Waiver – YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS, WHETHER IN ARBITRATION OR COURT, WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT AS A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE AS A CLASS MEMBER OR CLASS REPRESENTATIVE IN ANY CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT.

Small Claims Exclusion – Notwithstanding the arbitration agreement above, either party may bring an individual action in small claims court in Travis County, Texas, provided the dispute qualifies for such court.
