This Shipping Policy explains our processes, timelines, costs, and responsibilities related to delivering your custom Baby Hats, Kids Hoodies, Sweatshirts, and Kids T-Shirts to your door.
Because our products are custom-printed specifically for each order using our print-on-demand model, we do not keep finished products in inventory. Every item you order is created fresh after you complete your purchase. This approach allows us to offer unlimited customization options without maintaining massive inventory, but it also means that total delivery time includes both production and shipping periods.
Our shipping operations are managed through a network of fulfillment centers strategically located to minimize transit times for customers across the United States and around the world. We continuously evaluate our carrier partners and shipping methods to balance speed, cost, and reliability.
Production Time Before Shipping
Before any product leaves our facility, it must go through our production process. This process includes:
Design Approval – Our system verifies that any custom designs or text you submitted meet our technical requirements for print quality. If your design requires adjustments, you will be notified before production begins.
Printing – Your design is printed onto the selected garment using our advanced direct-to-garment DTG printing technology. This process applies ink directly to the fabric fibers, resulting in prints that are soft to the touch and highly durable.
Curing – Printed garments pass through a heat curing process that bonds the ink to the fabric fibers, ensuring the design remains vibrant through many washes.
Quality Inspection – Every product is examined by our quality control team to verify print accuracy, color quality, fabric condition, and overall workmanship. Products that do not meet our standards are removed from inventory and reprinted.
Packaging – Approved products are carefully folded and placed in protective packaging to prevent damage during transit. Custom gift wrapping options, if selected, are applied at this stage.
The typical production time for orders at GoldenPaw Supply LLC ranges from three to five business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major United States holidays including New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Eve.
During peak seasons, particularly the months of November and December, production times may extend to seven to ten business days due to significant increases in order volume. We recommend ordering holiday gifts by December 1st to ensure delivery before December 25th, though we cannot guarantee holiday delivery for orders placed after this date.
Domestic Shipping Within the United States
GoldenPaw Supply LLC offers multiple shipping options for customers with addresses in the fifty United States and the District of Columbia. Each option balances cost against delivery speed, allowing you to choose the approach that best fits your needs and budget.
Standard Shipping
Our standard shipping option provides the best value for customers who are not facing urgent deadlines. Standard shipments are delivered via United States Postal Service USPS First Class Package or Priority Mail, depending on package weight and dimensions.

Standard shipping is the most economical option for most orders. The three to seven business day estimate applies to delivery after your order leaves our facility, not after you place your order. For example, if production takes four business days and standard shipping takes five business days, your total time from order to delivery would be approximately nine business days.
Expedited Shipping
For customers who need their orders more quickly, we offer expedited shipping through major carriers including UPS and FedEx. Expedited shipments receive priority handling throughout the carrier network.

Expedited shipping significantly reduces transit time but does not affect production time. Your order must still complete the three to five business day production process before it can be shipped. If you need your order urgently, we recommend choosing expedited shipping and also contacting our customer support team to check whether we can prioritize your production. Rush production is not always available and may incur additional fees.
Overnight Shipping
For the fastest possible delivery, we offer overnight shipping to most addresses within the continental United States. Overnight shipments typically arrive by the end of the next business day after shipping.

Overnight shipping is the most expensive option and is recommended only for true emergencies when you must receive your order as quickly as physically possible. Like expedited shipping, overnight shipping does not reduce production time. Overnight delivery is not available to addresses outside the continental United States including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and other territories.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and United States Territories
Customers with shipping addresses in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands, and other United States territories should select the Non-Continental US option during checkout. Shipments to these locations take longer and cost more than shipments to the continental United States.

Free shipping promotions apply only to the continental United States and are not available for Alaska, Hawaii, or territories. Overnight and expedited shipping options are not available to these destinations.

GoldenPaw Supply LLC has no control over customs processing times and cannot expedite packages once they have been submitted to customs authorities.
International Shipping Costs
International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination country, package weight, and selected shipping method. Base rates typically range from fifteen to forty dollars depending on these factors. Expedited international shipping options, where available, cost significantly more.
We do not profit from shipping charges. Our rates reflect the actual costs we pay to our carrier partners plus a small contribution to packaging materials and handling.
Customs Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees
International customers should be aware that their orders may be subject to customs duties, value-added taxes VAT, goods and services taxes GST, or other import fees upon arrival in their country. These fees are determined by your country’s customs authority and are not collected by GoldenPaw Supply LLC.
As the recipient, you are solely responsible for paying any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required for your package to clear customs. If you refuse to pay these fees, the package may be abandoned or returned to us. If returned, we will refund your original payment minus all shipping costs and any fees we incurred due to the return. We cannot re-ship orders that are abandoned at customs due to unpaid fees.
Customs policies vary significantly by country. We strongly recommend contacting your local customs office or visiting their website to understand potential fees before placing an international order. Many countries have de minimis thresholds below which no duties or taxes apply. These thresholds vary widely, so research your specific situation.
Customs Declarations
All international shipments from GoldenPaw Supply LLC include a customs declaration form that accurately describes the contents and value of the package. We do not falsify customs declarations or mark packages as gifts unless the shipment truly qualifies as a gift under applicable regulations. Falsifying customs declarations is illegal and subject to severe penalties.
Order Tracking
Every order shipped from GoldenPaw Supply LLC includes tracking information regardless of destination or shipping method. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order leaves our facility. This email contains your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking page.
You can also view tracking information by logging into your account on our website and navigating to your order history. If you checked out as a guest, you can request tracking information by emailing danielhenrye001@gmail.com with your order number.
Please allow up to 48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to appear on the carrier’s website. Carriers batch upload tracking data and often experience delays between when packages are scanned and when the information appears online.
Shipping Address Accuracy
You are solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of checkout. GoldenPaw Supply LLC is not responsible for orders that are delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by you.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address you provided, we will contact you to confirm the correct address. If you prefer not to pay for reshipment, we can cancel your order and issue a refund minus the original shipping costs and any fees we incurred from the carrier.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Lost in Transit
If tracking information shows that your package has not moved through the carrier network for fifteen or more business days and has not been marked as delivered, please contact our customer support team. We will initiate a trace request with the carrier to locate your package.
If the carrier confirms that the package is lost, we will offer you the choice of either a full refund including original shipping costs or a replacement order at no additional charge. The replacement order will be produced and shipped using the same shipping method you originally selected.
Stolen After Delivery
GoldenPaw Supply LLC is not responsible for packages that are stolen after tracking information shows delivery to the address you provided. Once the carrier marks a package as delivered, we consider our obligation fulfilled. If you frequently experience package theft, we recommend:

If your package was marked as delivered but you did not receive it, first check with neighbors and other household members. Then contact the carrier directly to request delivery confirmation. Local police may also be able to assist with theft reports.
Delayed Packages

We do not offer refunds or credits for delayed packages that are eventually delivered. Standard delivery estimates are not guarantees, and we cannot predict extraordinary delays.
Undeliverable Packages
A package may be marked as undeliverable and returned to us for several reasons:

Split Shipments
For orders containing multiple items, we may sometimes split your order into multiple shipments. This occurs when items have different production times or when shipping to your location from different fulfillment centers would result in faster overall delivery. You will receive separate shipping confirmation emails and tracking numbers for each shipment. Split shipments do not increase your total shipping charges; you pay only the amount quoted at checkout regardless of how many packages we send.
